Human capital that powers global innovation

A collaborative ecosystem for growth

A long-standing tradition of triple helix collaboration—linking government, academia, and the private sector—forms the foundation of Jalisco’s success. The state’s strong education system, collaborative labor culture, and forward-thinking policies have created an ecosystem where companies can recruit, train, and retain exceptional talent. Through initiatives such as the Jalisco Tech Hub Act, which fosters coordinated investment in talent development, and microcredential programs developed jointly by universities and industry, the state ensures a continuous alignment between business needs and academic development. This unique model of cooperation makes Jalisco a benchmark for talent-driven growth and innovation in Latin America.

Education Meets Industry

Over 120 universities and technical institutes producing 30,000 STEM graduates annually, work closely with private-sector leaders to design programs that respond to evolving market needs. The result is a steady supply of highly specialized, bilingual graduates ready to join industries such as software, AI, advanced manufacturing, and healthcare.
