A Tailored approach to investment incentives
Through programs such as “Jalisco Atrae” (offering up to 10M in grants) and Crecer al Estilo Jalisco (payroll tax program), the state supports companies in establishing and expanding operations efficiently. These programs offer financial incentives, technical support, and human-capital training tailored to each project’s scale, sector, and strategic importance.
Jalisco Atrae- Capex investment program
Applicable to companies with investment projects in Jalisco. Incentives of up to 10 million pesos per fiscal year for companies that invest at least 10 million pesos in CapEx in Jalisco. The incentives can be used for infrastructure, equipment, leasing, artificial intelligence tools, and talent development at the company’s global headquarters.
Crecer al Estilo Jalisco - Payroll tax program
This program aims to promote and strengthen job creation and talent development in companies established or planning to establish operations in the state of Jalisco. It offers an annual incentive equivalent to 2.5 times the monthly Payroll Tax (ISN) paid over a one-year period, with a maximum cap of $5 million pesos per company. Additional bonuses apply for job creation initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
Crecer al Estilo Jalisco - Talent program
This program provides incentives for hiring talent in different categories: apprentices, recent graduates and talent dedicated to R&D. Each category offers different support amounts, but the program establishes a maximum support of up to $5M pesos per company. This program also considers incentives and support for the relocation of highly specialized talent to Jalisco.
Highly specialized talent program
This program aims to strengthen Jalisco’s innovation ecosystem by partnering with established companies to train talent for specialization or reskilling in strategic sectors. It allows companies to design their own programs and share the training program cost with the State.

Aftercare & Concierge Services
Aftercare services are available to help your company grow in the long term. These include assistance with special permits (e.g., customs), personalized concierge services to support the relocation and integration of executives and their families, and programs to strengthen talent attraction through state-led job fairs, the State’s official employment platform, and other initiatives.
